Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents in our Wisconsin Manitowoc community. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health and wellbeing, and collaborating with nursing staff to ensure comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates hold a CNA certification (preferred), a High School diploma, and are at least 18 years old. This on-site position offers opportunities for growth within a caring senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a designated group of residents during the shift and checks on them regularly.
• Observes and reports changes in residents' conditions and documents them.
• Responds promptly to call bells and notifies supervisors when care needs increase.
• Assists with daily living activities to promote independence and dignity.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas.
