Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is hiring a Care/Medication Technician for our Fond du Lac community. You will provide hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and support medication-related duties in a safe, home-like environment.

The role requires a CNA certificate or equivalent, HS diploma/GED, and at least 18 years old. CPR/First Aid preferred; experience with seniors is valued. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support to residents.
• Monitor residents, document symptoms and changes.
• Respond to call bells promptly and notify supervisor as needed.
• Assist with daily living activities to promote independence.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas.
• Support medication observations and basic administration tasks as directed.
