Job summary

LakeHouse Manitowoc is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents in independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. You will monitor residents, assist with daily living activities, and help ensure a safe, dignified environment in a Wisconsin community.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain designated group of residents and check on them throughout shift.
• Observe, report and document resident conditions and changes.
• Respond to call bells promptly and notify supervisor if needs increase.
• Assist with continence management and maintain sanitation of rooms and bathrooms.
• Assist with meals, feed residents as needed, and report refusals or appetite loss.
