You will assist with bathing, dining, and medication management, ensuring comfort and safety. This role also requires documentation, communication with healthcare staff, and flexibility to work a variety of shifts. Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare or geriatrics preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Must communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort, safety, and general supervision to residents.

• Administer medications and attend to individual care needs.
