Job summary

StoryPoint Group in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate, personalized assistance for residents in our community. You will perform daily living activities, support dining, grooming, mobility, and help maintain residents’ dignity and comfort.

This role emphasizes teamwork with the Wellness Coordinator, adherence to 1440 care standards, and respectful communication with residents’ families. Reliable attendance and flexibility to cover shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Healthcare, geriatrics or elderly care experience preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram-form instructions.
• Occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Actively supports our culture – our pillars and 1440.
• Complete daily/weekly tasks as assigned by the Wellness Coordinator.
• Provide compassionate and competent care for residents including personal care, dining, mobility, and supervision.
• Complete records and documentation, including log book entries.
• Maintain safety knowledge and follow company policies.
