Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, direct care to residents in a community setting. You will support daily living activities, safety, and comfort for residents, working within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 12 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote independence and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties (beds, tidying rooms).
• Promote open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
