Cogir USA seeks Care Partners to provide compassionate direct care to residents in our senior living communities. You will assist with daily activities, promote safety, and support residents' independence while maintaining privacy and dignity.

Join a team focused on resident well-being, with opportunities for training, growth, and a supportive work environment. Weekend rotation is required as part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) per safety protocols.
• Provide compassionate care, engagement, and companionship to promote independence and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks (making beds, tidying rooms).
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
