This full-time position offers strong benefits and clear opportunities to grow within the organization. Evening shifts run 7:00 pm–7:00 am on a two-week cycle with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read/write/understand/communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Must be active with standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must assist residents with sitting, standing, walking and after a fall.
• Criminal background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments and advocate empathy.
• Support residents in daily activities and participate in a positive, inclusive environment.
