Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living to ensure comfort, safety, and wellbeing. You will work as part of a team to support independence, privacy, and dignity for each resident.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, promoting engagement in life enrichment programs, light housekeeping, and maintaining clear communication with healthcare professionals, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CNA or the ability to obtain CNA certification per state requirements.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Provide compassionate care to promote independence and dignity.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff.
