Ideal candidates bring energy, a positive attitude, and basic computer skills to print documents and enter resident information. The role requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and assisting residents after a fall.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude towards residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Be present and create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Support residents and the team to create an inclusive and positive environment.
