Applicants must be 18+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, communicate in English, and possess basic computer skills. The position offers a weekday-to-weekend schedule with a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude towards residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Promote empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Be proactive in supporting residents and team members to foster a positive environment.
• Engage residents in daily activities and development opportunities.
• Maintain safety and assist residents after a fall when needed.
