Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Care Partner for our Vitalia Stow community in Stow, Ohio. This part-time role focuses on empathetic resident care, daily living assistance, and creating a warm, home-like environment.

You will support residents with ADLs, encourage activity, and help maintain safety and comfort. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and a strong benefits program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Basic computer skills to print and enter information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL).
• Provide empathetic companionship and support.
• Support residents with daily tasks and mobility.
