Job summary

Vitalia Stow is seeking a Care Partner to support residents in a warm, home-like setting in Stow, OH. The role emphasizes empathy, daily living assistance, and active involvement in resident wellbeing.

You must be 18+, have a HS diploma or equivalent, and be able to communicate in English. The job requires comfortable use of a computer and light lifting, with a schedule that includes evening shifts. We promote from within and provide benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to use a computer to print documents and enter information.
• Active throughout shift: standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing and walking, including after a fall.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Create human connection with residents and provide empathic support.
• Contribute to an inclusive and positive environment through teamwork and engagement.
