Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner (PRN) in Stow, Ohio, to provide compassionate support to residents at Vitalia Senior Residences – Stow. The role emphasizes empathy, respect, and responsiveness in daily care tasks and activities.

You will be part of a team delivering quality resident experiences, assisting with ADLs, and documenting care while maintaining safety and dignity for all residents.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connection and show empathy during residents' vulnerable moments.
• Foster an inclusive and positive environment through engaged, proactive teamwork.
• Support residents with mobility and safety needs, including fall prevention and assistance as needed.
