Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Medication Partner for the Vitalia Stow community in Stow, OH. The role covers 6:00pm–10:00pm on a part-time schedule, with a pay range of $21.25–$27 per hour.

You will ensure proper medication administration, maintain carts and records, and assist residents with daily living activities. Ideal candidates are at least 18, state-certified, with a HS diploma, professional conduct, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Active state certification per guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with residents.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.
• Health screening within six months; yearly TB test.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
