Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring.
• Provide compassionate and personalized care focused on independence, safety, and dignity.
• Engage residents in life enrichment activities and promote social interaction.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
