Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote comfort, safety, and dignity while supporting independence in a team-based environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, valid CNA or HCA license, current First Aid/CPR, and at least 12 months of caregiving experience; weekend rotation may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid state CNA or HCA license required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) following safety guidelines.
• Provide independence-supportive care, emotional support, engagement, and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
