Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking dedicated Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate direct care to residents in our Scottsdale-based communities. This part-time role focuses on assisting with activities of daily living while promoting independence, privacy, and dignity in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
• Experience with memory care is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
• Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to residents’ dignity.
• Attention to detail, physical stamina, and integrity.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, as needed.
• Prioritize independence and emotional support for the residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
• Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as making beds, tidying rooms, etc.
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
