Qualifications

• At least 12 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities while following safety guidelines.
• Promote independence, dignity, and comfort for residents.
• Encourage participation in enrichment activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain clean rooms.
• Maintain open communication with families, staff, and healthcare providers.
