Arrow Senior Living Management is seeking a Care Partner in Hilliard, OH for a full-time shift from 7:00pm to 7:00am. The position pays $18 to $21.25 per hour and requires empathy, English proficiency, and the ability to assist residents with ADLs.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, hold a high school diploma, and can lift up to 50 pounds. We value teamwork, growth, and promoting from within at Arrow Senior Living.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
