Zusammenfassung

Harmony Senior Services seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant/PCA to support residents with daily living activities in our Alabama community. You will assist with ADLs, help with dining, and monitor health status while maintaining confidentiality and dignity.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and teamwork. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required, with ongoing trainings provided to ensure quality care.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed an approved personal care aide program per state regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and assist transfers.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must wear designated uniform and name badge.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed by supervisor.
• Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance or emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist residents to meals and activities.
• Report resident status and updates to appropriate staff.
