Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care to residents in a post-acute setting. You will identify residents, assist with daily living activities, and support the care plan under the Nurse Supervisor, while maintaining safety and dignity.

You will record observations, report changes promptly, ensure room readiness, and cooperate with the care team to deliver high-quality service. CPR certification preferred, 10th grade education minimum.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• CPR preferred.
• 10th grade education minimum.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record entries accurately on charts and flow sheets.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and comply with privacy policies.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
• Ensure rooms are ready for new residents and greet them upon admission.
