Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX is seeking a Driver to provide safe transportation and direct assistance to participants between residences, the PACE center, and medical appointments. You will support mobility and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

The role requires a valid Texas Class C license, CPR certification, and a minimum of five years' driving experience with the frail elderly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of experience working with the frail elderly preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with five years of continuous driving experience.
• Must possess a VALID Texas driver's license (Class C) and CPR certification.
• Must meet Bienvivir/PACE driving eligibility standards including driving-record checks and specified restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Bienvivir/PACE participants between their residence, the PACE center, and medical appointments.
• Navigate assigned routes using company navigation tools and follow MDT/IDT instructions.
• Assist participants with mobility needs, including use of wheelchair lifts and securing equipment.
• Complete required documentation for incidents or observations and maintain safety protocols.
