Job summary

Bienvivir All-Inclusive Senior Health in El Paso, TX is seeking a dedicated Driver to provide safe transportation and direct assistance to PACE participants. You will support mobility needs, coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team, and ensure accurate check-ins and medication delivery where needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Texas driver’s license, and the ability to lift and assist participants as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience with frail elderly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required to communicate with participants and families.
• Valid Texas driver’s license (Class C) and CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport Bienvivir/PACE participants between residences, centers, and medical appointments.
• Assist participants with mobility needs and ensure proper fit of equipment during transport.
• Navigate routes using company navigation tools and follow MDT/IDT instructions.
• Complete required documentation and report incidents or safety concerns.
