Zusammenfassung

Bienvivir is seeking a Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for PACE participants between residences, the center, and medical appointments. You will assist with mobility needs, operate wheelchair lifts, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth visits.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, a Texas driver’s license, CPR certification, and bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience with frail elderly preferred.
• 21 years old with 5 years of continuous driving experience.
• Valid Texas Class C driver’s license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Meet Bienvivir/PACE driving standards with clean record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Aufgaben

• Safely transport participants between residence, PACE center, and medical appointments.
• Assist participants with mobility needs and use of wheelchair lifts and restraints as required.
• Follow MDT and IDT instructions; communicate participant information as needed.
• Check in and verify participant identity, address, and center before delivering medications.
• Complete required documentation and maintain safety and security of passengers and equipment.
