Indiana University Health System in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCA) to deliver compassionate bedside care and support to the nursing team. You will assist with meals, mobility, baths, and linen changes, while obtaining vital signs and reporting any changes to the RN. The role requires BLS, strong communication, and infection control knowledge, with three 12-hour night shifts weekly.

Responsabilités

• Provide meals and drinks; assist with meal ordering.
• Encourage walking and mobility.
• Assist with baths and linen changes; provide clean gowns.
• Support bedside RN with vitals and reporting changes to care team.
• Maintain patient safety using gait belts and alarms.
