Job summary

Minnewaska Community Health Services in Starbuck, MN is seeking a part-time Care Attendant to provide personal care and health-related services to residents at our facility.

The role reports to Housing Manager and requires compassionate, patient-focused care with strong English communication and teamwork; ACNA/NAR or HHA certificate is preferred. Will participate in training and adhere to safety and privacy policies.

Qualifications

• ACNA/NAR or HHA certificate is preferred, but not required.
• Must read, write and speak English and complete required background checks.
• Ability to work with elderly residents and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares and activities of daily living.
• Assist with dressing, grooming and oral care as assigned.
• Observe residents and report changes to RN.
• Administer or assist with medications as delegated by RN.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and document care accurately.
