Minnewaska Community Health Services is seeking a part-time Care Attendant to provide personal care and health-related services to residents, under the Housing Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, observing residents and reporting changes, and supporting medication administration as directed by the RN.

The role requires English literacy, sensitivity to elderly care, and the ability to pass a state background check.

Competenze

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Need sensitivity and aptitude for caring for the elderly.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with personal cares including bathing, grooming and oral care.
• Assist with dressing, mobility and activities of daily living as assigned.
• Assist with medication administration as delegated by RN.
• Observe residents and report changes to RN or housing manager.
• Follow all policies and procedures of Minnewaska Community Health Services.
