Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; completion of a college/technical diploma program in Funeral Services.
• Must obtain or have an Assistant Funeral Director license in Kansas; we may cover test costs for licensed candidates.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct funeral and memorial ceremonies in a professional, organized and caring manner.
• Retain heritage and grow market share through involvement with community and organizations.
• Care for the deceased in a respectful manner; assist with transfers, dressing, casketing and related tasks.
• Assist on funeral services by supervising parking, ushering, driving, and supporting at chapel, cemetery, and related events.
