Job summary

Acclimate ABA is seeking a compassionate, reliable Registered Behavior Technician to provide individualized ABA therapy to individuals with autism in home, school, and community settings.

Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement treatment plans, collect data, and document progress. The ideal candidate is committed to quality client care, works with a clinical team, and helps clients reach personal goals.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Compassionate, patient, and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and accurately record data during therapy sessions to monitor client progress.
• Complete timely and detailed session notes and other required documentation.
• Communicate client progress, observations, and concerns to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and caregivers to support consistent treatment implementation.
• Follow established treatment protocols, ethical guidelines, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings as required.
• Incorporate supervisory feedback to support treatment quality and client outcomes.
