Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and adolescents with autism. You will implement individualized ABA plans under a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and the care team in homes, schools, and community settings.

The role emphasizes positive reinforcement, high-quality therapy, and professional conduct, with options for full-time or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; bachelor's preferred in psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific ABA intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members for consistency of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
