Job summary

New Patterns ABA is seeking caring and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our expanding team. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients build essential life skills in home, school, and community settings.

Key responsibilities include providing one-on-one ABA therapy, collecting data on progress, and assisting in behavior intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments.

• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in developing and carrying out behavior intervention strategies.
• Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.
