Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism. The role supports individualized treatment plans and works closely with supervising BCBA to implement programs and track progress.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or clinic environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations and be prompt to appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.
