Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in a supportive team environment.

The role requires an active RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred), and the ability to pass a background check. Flexible, part-time scheduling and local travel are available to accommodate families and therapists alike.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in ABA or working with children is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.
