Qualifications

• 40-hour RBT coursework or ABA classroom experience required.
• Pass a background check and provide good references.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the BCBA.
• Work with children ages 2–14 with Autism and other developmental/behavioral disabilities.
• Implement behavior intervention programming and collect data to monitor progress.
• Attend trainings and team meetings; document client progress in detailed notes.
