Job summary

SoaringHigh ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA support to children and individuals with autism in home, school, or community settings. Under BCBA supervision, you will implement intervention plans, collect data, and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the treatment team, maintaining accurate notes, and contributing to progress reports. Not RBT certified yet?

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Assist in developing individualized treatment goals.
• Support skill-building in communication, social interaction, and daily living.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports.
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation.
