Job summary
Unlocking Abilities Behavior & Learning is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician or Registered Behavioral Technician to join our Morris, IL clinic. You will implement individualized ABA plans, observe and collect data, and coordinate with BCBA supervisors to support children aged 2–14 with autism and related needs.
Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and compassionate, with a willingness to grow their skills and collaborate with a supportive team.
Qualifications
- High school Diploma is required.
- 40-hour RBT coursework or ABA classroom experience is acceptable.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- M–F availability for 6–8 hour shifts between 8am and 6pm.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction.
- Work with children aged 2–14 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental/behavioral disabilities.
- Collect data to monitor progress and attend trainings/meetings.
- Provide detailed clinical notes for each session and communicate with families and colleagues.
