Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in Morris, IL is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings. You will help children develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

As part of the role, you will collect data on treatment goals, work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families with progress updates and strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
