Job summary

We Achieve ABA is seeking compassionate, motivated RBTs or ABATs to join our growing team. You will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, implementing plans under supervision of a BCBA.

This role emphasizes patience, reliability, and a passion for helping children grow and learn. Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one ABA therapy, recording data, and collaborating with families and the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance essential.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home and community settings.
• Record data accurately during therapy sessions.
