Job summary

We Achieve ABA is seeking compassionate, motivated RBTs or ABATs to join our growing team. You will work directly with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental needs under supervision of a BCBA, delivering individualized ABA therapy in home or community settings.

The role emphasizes patient, energetic, detail-oriented support to help children grow, learn, and succeed, with flexible part-time scheduling and ongoing supervision and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification OR ABAT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in ABA, behavioral therapy, childcare, education, or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created and overseen by a supervising BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home and/or community settings.
• Collect and accurately record data during therapy sessions.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant session documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other clinical team members to support client progress.
• Assist clients with developing communication, social, daily living, independence, and other functional skills.
