Job summary

We Achieve ABA is seeking compassionate and reliable RBTs or ABATs to work with children in home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. The role emphasizes patient, energetic, and detail-oriented caregivers who are passionate about helping children grow and succeed.

Responsibilities include implementing behavior plans, data collection, and collaboration with families and the clinical team, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation and professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• Current RBT or ABAT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans overseen by a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.
• Record data accurately during therapy sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and clinical team.
• Help clients develop communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.
