Job summary

Golden Touch ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, using positive reinforcement and data collection to track progress.

The role involves collaborating with families and BCBAs, providing services in home, school, and community settings, and maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field is preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; ABA experience is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed.
