Job summary

We Achieve ABA is seeking compassionate, motivated RBTs or ABATs to join our growing team and work directly with children diagnosed with autism. You will implement treatment plans under supervision and provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home/community settings.
• Collect and record data accurately during sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant session documentation.
