Job summary

We Achieve ABA is seeking compassionate, motivated RBTs or ABATs to join our growing team. You will work directly with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental needs, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA in home and community settings.

The role is ideal for individuals who are patient, energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping children grow, learn, and succeed, with HIPAA-compliant documentation and strong collaboration with

Qualifications

• Current RBT or ABAT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Experience in ABA or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and/or community settings.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and the clinical team.
• Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs as directed.
• Maintain professionalism and rapport with clients and families.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and supervision.
• Follow policies and clinical protocols.
