Job summary

BK Behavior seeks experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team and support children with Autism on individualized goals.

These part-time roles offer flexible scheduling, same-day pay, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive clinical team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, record data, and collaborate with BCBA supervision to build skills and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
