Job summary

We Achieve ABA is seeking compassionate, motivated RBTs or ABATs to support children with autism and developmental needs under BCBA supervision. You will deliver individualized therapy in home and community settings, collect data, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Current RBT or ABAT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Experience in ABA or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and in a clinical team.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and/or community settings.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant session documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and the clinical team.
• Support client progress by developing communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.
• Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs as directed.
• Maintain professional boundaries and rapport with clients and families.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and supervision.
• Follow policies, protocols, and professional standards.
• Communicate progress and concerns to the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain accurate attendance and punctuality.
