Job summary

BrightBridge ABA, a family-owned agency, seeks Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy one‑on‑one with clients. You will implement treatment plans created by BCBAs and support clients and families in home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team during supervision meetings.
• Deliver compassionate support to clients and families.
• Adhere to policies and maintain professional conduct.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
