Job summary

Family Behavior Solutions, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Paraprofessional to provide direct ABA-based support to children with Autism across home, school, clinic, and community settings. Under clinical supervision, you will implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress.

The role emphasizes patient, engaging interactions, adherence to safety and confidentiality, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Schedule is part-time (Mon/Wed/Thu 3:45-7:15).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Experience with ABA or willingness to receive supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or small group ABA-based support in home, clinic, or school.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and BIP as directed.
• Run sessions using DTT, NET, and daily living skills.
• Collect and document data accurately using clinical software.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and receive feedback.
• Model appropriate social, communication, and play skills.
• Communicate with families and staff clearly and professionally.
• Maintain a consistent session schedule and report progress.
