Job summary

Compass Behavioral Group is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents under 21 in home, clinic, or community settings. You’ll work closely with BCBAs to implement treatment plans and collect data.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and driving experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Compass offers supervision, tuition assistance, benefits, and pathways to BCBA/BCaBA credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings to children and adolescents under age 21.
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement treatment plans and interventions.
• Engage caregivers through coaching, modeling, and supportive communication.
• Use video-based supervision and a collaborative approach to enhance clinical skills.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and data collection.
