Job summary

Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. seeks enthusiastic individuals to provide 1:1 ABA support in homes or schools, helping children and people with disabilities build independence and communication.

You will collect data on client progress, assist with communication systems (AAC, PECS, ASL), support daily living and self-care routines, collaborate with clinical staff and families, and respond to behavioral challenges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• WA driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Experience with children (personal or professional).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA support in homes or schools.
• Collect and maintain data on client progress.
• Assist with communication systems (AAC, PECS, ASL).
• Support daily living and self-care routines.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and families.
• Respond to behavioral challenges appropriately.
